Covid 19 Updates - 20/4/2020

Measures Taken

First and foremost the health and safety of our employees, their family and you our customers is paramount.

Several office staff are now working from home and reorganising the office to make positions 3m+ apart and a reduced workforce in the warehouse to meet Government advise on safe working distances.

We can no longer guarantee timed delivery due to the demand currently placed on our carriers, therefore please allow slightly longer for your items to arrive.

As of 20/4/2020 Parcelforce have temporarily stopped their use of the Express48 large option. This may effect the shipping of large bulky items.

Bulky items are typically the larger sizes of bubble wrap and foam rolls, paper rolls and foam lengths.

If you are local and we deliver to you on our own vehicle - you will not notice a difference.

If your order is sent on the pallet network - you will not notice a difference.

If your order contains no bulky items - your order can still be shipped out using express24 service.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 01283 551050 or email and we will do our best to resolve it.

We currently have stock of the majority of items, but due to the disruption caused by this virus, some items may be on a longer lead time or unavailable.

If your goods are manufactured by ourselves, we have sufficient supply of the raw materials to cover your orders.

We are still accepting and dispatching orders, we will be operational as long as possible as we manufacture for a number of key customers who are now deemed essential. These customers mainly operate in pharmaceutical, food and distribution.

If you have any queries do not hesitate to contact ourselves by either phone or email.

Finally I would like to wish that all of you and your colleagues, family and friends stay safe in this unprecedented period and encourage you all to follow the governments guidelines of social distancing.
